Two Performances Remain of JUDAS

Audiences are raving about the Last Days of Judas Iscariot. Don’t miss the TN premier in it’s final two performances. Out Front on Main, Inc. is located at 1511 E. Main Street in historic downtown Murfreesboro.

From the audience:

Bob Fish · Murfreesboro, Tennessee I encourage everyone to take in “The Last Days of Judas
Iscariot” at Out Front on Main in Murfreesboro. This small, storefront
organization rises well to the challenges in a monumental piece of
philosophizing, presenting a number of very keen and satisfying
performances.

Michael Adcock’s lubricious lounge-lizard Satan is Sex in a
shark-skin suit. Patrick Goedicke insistently exudes his own brand of smarmy
charm as Judas’ obsequious prosecutor. Luke Patton is consistently strong
dishing up both a home boy Simon Peter and the defensive bureaucrat Pontius
Pilate. Michael Rex manages to be sharply distinct in a number of varied roles;
Zach Parker depicts a Zealot as a sort of Haight-Ashbury merry prankster; and
Bryan Arroyd sniffles out an unexpectedly insecure Sigmund Freud. (Don’t ask.)
Blair Thompson’s Judas, Peter Depp’s Jesus, Holly Amber’s defense attorney and a
core of supporting players round out the satisfying company.

This is NOT
your Grandma’s bible tale, so be prepared to be confronted, if not assaulted, by
brazen notions baldly delivered — particularly by Lila T. Tuck’s deliciously
in-your-face Saint Monica. The energy displayed is reason enough to make the
trek to the “Boro. Few central city productions manage to be this audacious.
